a. Permanent Employees with minimum service/ experience of two years with Govt. /Quasi -Govt./ Boards/ Corporation and other reputed companies etc. with minimum take home pay of 40% of gross salary after servicing the proposed EMI.
b. Undertaking from the Employer for collecting the EMI from Salary and remitting the same to the Bank.
c. Undertaking from the Employer to deduct from terminal benefits (in case of retirement) and remit to the loan.

For meeting Marriage/Educational and medical expenses, to celebrate family functions and for other household expenses etc other than speculative purposes.
