Business Correspondents (BCs)
Business Correspondents are retail agents engaged by banks for providing banking services at locations other than a bank branch/ATM.
For the convenience of our customers, Bank has engaged 21 BCs who are actively making doorstep payments of DBT transfers (Old Age pension, MGNREGA, LPG subsidies, Ration subsidies), creating awareness among the customers regarding Rupay Card usage, Aadhar seeding and necessities regarding enrolment in PMJJBY, PMSBY and APY schemes.
